Join the movement to save lives. On April 24, 2010 – the Eve of World Malaria Day – thousands of people will unite by sleeping out to show world leaders that we are committed to ending malaria deaths in Africa. This is your chance to be heard and call on world leaders to fully fund malaria prevention.
We are United Against Malaria. This is an unprecedented year as we join together with other global malaria organizations, corporations, sports teams, non-profits and individuals, like YOU, to show large scale public support for the goal to end malaria deaths by 2015.
How to Get Involved:
You already know how to send a net and save a life, so take it one step further. Sleep Out on April 24, 2010 – the eve of World Malaria Day — so that others can sleep safely.
• Register your Sleep Out or join an existing Sleep Out through our NET-Raiser team system and recruit your NET-work. (Hint: search for teams with Sleep Out in the name.)
• Download the Sleep Out toolkit “The Game Plan,” and a template press release.
