On the 5th of February, JCI Curepipe’s big family all gathered for a great Team Bonding experience. We started off at Black River Gorges National Park for a 2hr walk during which a treasure hunt was organized. Participants showed great ingenuousness in providing objects asked for, in the great creative spirit of JCI Curepipe.
The event was then followed by beach activities on the beach of flic en flac where beach games like Tug of War, throwing of eggs and jumping in bags were organized. Participants gave their all, in anticipation of medals to be won and a great BBQ awaiting them to conclude the day!
Of course, it needs to be said that the project has run under a new concept, whereby all key roles have been allocated to Aspiring members, under the guidance of experienced members in the team, and they have brilliantly been able to handle all the aspects of the project, from personally inviting members and preparing the budget to organizing the nature walk and beach event with all logistics requirements involved.
All in all it was a GREAT EVENT in the pure tradition of JCI Curepipe legendary PR events!
