Join the Global Fight Against Malaria

Every day, thousands die from malaria. We cannot afford to wait to take action. Interested companies and active individuals have many opportunities to get involved in the JCI Nothing But Nets campaign to fight malaria.
Donate Now
Send a bed net to save a life. Insecticide-treated bed nets cost only USD $10 and protect against malaria-carrying mosquitoes for as many as five people in malaria-endemic nations. Take direct and immediate action now by clicking the “Donate Now” button and helping people in dire need.

Be Our Partner

JCI believes strongly that collaboration is necessary to create lasting, positive change with a broad impact. We are always looking for partners committed to helping us achieve our goal of 1 million bed nets by 2015.
Opportunities to join forces with JCI in the battle against malaria are numerous. Companies can dedicate matching funds for dollars raised by JCI programs, make corporate gifts and engage employees to raise awareness and increase impact. Regardless of the amount or duration of support, JCI is interested in hearing from businesses and organizations invested in the well-being of humanity to evaluate the opportunities we have to make the world a better place together.

Create a Program

JCI Members can expand their impact by designing a project to raise awareness and raise funds to donate directly to the JCI Nothing But Nets campaign. Projects are designed to engage the community and fellow JCI Members and provide an excellent opportunity to create a fun activity for a good cause.

Join the Birthday Campaign

To reach the 2015 goal of USD $10 million and contribute to the eradication of malaria in Africa, JCI is asking you to put bed nets on your birthday list and dedicate your birthday to JCI Nothing But Nets. Signing up and joining the JCI Birthday Campaign team is easy and offers a great way to involve your friends in JCI Nothing But Nets.
Take a few minutes to register online and start to ask all your friends and family for donations instead of presents to raise funds and celebrate your special day simultaneously. All of the funds raised not only go to a great cause but help celebrate your birthday and are given in your honor.
.

Spread the Word!

One of the key goals of JCI Nothing But Nets is to create greater public awareness of the danger malaria poses and how easy it is to help by joining and partnering with JCI.
Here a few of the many ways you can help tell everyone you know about JCI Nothing But Nets and raise awareness about the dangers of malaria:
  • Social Networking: Send a message to all your friends on Facebook, Myspace, Hi5, LinkdIn, Twitter or whatever you use to get the word out.
  • Community Groups: Whether it’s church groups, youth groups, or neighborhood meetings, let every member know of JCI’s efforts to fight malaria and how they can help.
  • Colleagues and Coworkers: Host an informal meeting for your working peers to talk about the JCI Nothing But Nets campaign and how they can save lives by donating.
  • Put the “Fun” in Fundraising: Malaria is serious business, but fundraising doesn’t have to be. Brainstorm creative ideas and make fundraisers that bring people together to have a good time while still educating them about malaria and the JCI Nothing But Nets campaign.
All donations are used exclusively to purchase, transport and distribute bed nets in Africa as well as to educate children and communities on the proper use of nets for best protection.
